High carbohydrate plant-based diet for weight loss?

A high carbohydrate, low fat, plant-based diet has been shown to have tremendous health benefits. It can lower your blood pressure; lower your risk of developing heart disease; it can even lower your risk for dementia and cognitive impairment. But what about weight loss? Can a high carbohydrate, low-fat diet really lead to weight loss? Let’s look at the evidence on this.
