Choose a defined project that fits your skills and availability.
Volunteers help us make health education clearer, more accessible, and available to more people. We match volunteers to defined projects when there is a genuine need and a clear way to support the work.
Areas where we may need help
Translation and captions
Help make videos and guides available in other languages, or review captions for accuracy.
Clinical or research review
If you have relevant clinical or research experience, support evidence checks under physician editorial oversight by verifying citations and flagging meaningful changes in the evidence.
Sports Scholarship committee
Help review applications through a structured, confidential process. Teachers, coaches, clinicians, and professionals from different fields can bring useful perspectives.
Design, video, and communications
Support defined projects involving design, editing, video, social media, or other communications work.
Legal, accounting, and nonprofit operations
Offer professional help on a defined pro bono or project basis.
Local outreach and events
Help with Southern California scholarship outreach or occasional community activities when opportunities are available.
What to expect
We review volunteer submissions against current projects and seasonal needs. There is no standard weekly commitment. Some opportunities are short projects, while scholarship committee work is seasonal. We will contact you when your experience and availability match an active opportunity.
